This is a thank you note for attending our member council monthly meeting. As you have witnessed that it is no easy task to run a community of 869 units of apartments with roughly around 4000 Residents residing in it. Everyone has their own opinions but many are not moving forward to lend a hand due to their commitment and other reasons. In fact, many Residents who participated and attended our meeting are due to their personal reasons. After their personal problems had been settled, they will continue their busy commitments and again, they will leave the daily maintenance of Menara Menjalara to the very few who are committed.
I would also like to clarified that, all present member councils including myself are in the same situation as you are. We are all also committed to our daily work from 9am to 6pm, hence time is very limited for all of us especially for meetings and trying to make the right decision is a difficult task for us all. Every decision made comes with agreement and disagreement from Residents.
I would appreciates if you would take some time off just to attend our monthly meeting and understand the situation in Menara Menjalara with an open heart and mind.
