Change in Overnight Visitor's Parking Rules
Overnight visitor's parking rules has been amended by the new PPMM committee members.
Effective 15/4/2016, Parking fees at RM10.00. Vehicle must vacate carpark by 11.00am otherwise shall be clamped. Extension of parking hour shall be imposed with additional RM10.00 fees.

New Maintenance Fees Effective on 1st May 2016
Maintenance Fees Increment to be effective 1st May 2016 due to reasons that change in billing format to follow Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
