Cheque Box for Maintenance Fees

For those residents whom are busy and couldn't make it to management office to pay their dues (maintenance fees, etc), you can deposit your cheque into allocated box on every block. Remember to attach a note with the payment to ease the staff. Cheque only and NO CASH.

You can also write complaints or feedback to the management.

Increment of Maintenance / Service Charges

Effective 1st April 2016, there will be new rates for maintenance and service charges. There is an increment. Notice has been pasted on the lift lobby wall of all Blocks. Below are the notice shown (but rates has been removed from public viewing).

Car Scratcher (Beware of this Person)!

Apparently, the person who scratch the cars is Kenny Poon (unit A-1-2) (noodles seller in Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong morning market that sells curry noodles, etc). He been doing this (car scratching) for years already. However during the past years, no evidence or witnesses.

Only till recently, a security personnel witnessed this person doing the crime and lodged a police report against him. He is a violent person even in the market, he like to fight with almost everyone there even with his customers! He likes to drink and become very violent.

Total car victims: 43 cars.

If you see this guy, BEWARE as he is very violent person. Make a police report if you see him around.

Reviving posting to Menara Menjalara

We are reviving posting to Menara Menjalara. We shall try to post the latest happenings and news about and around Menara Menjalara.

Why are we doing this again? We stopped the last post in 2011 due to lack of author's time.  But we figure, it would be good to post some interesting stuff about Menara Menjalara to keep a little news reading community intact. There have been many new Residents since 2011; residents move out and new residents moved in. In another words, we try to keep things alive. We do have another community going in facebook.com/menara.menjalara.

Anyway, we shall try to keep posting from now on wherever time permits. In between this blogspot and facebook, content maybe different as it maybe authored by different author but we shall try to keep things in sync for both these platforms.
