I will NO LONGER be posting into this blog and will leave it to the new committee to add post onto this blog. I will take care of my own stuff from now on. Unless it is something that interest the residents, I will try to make a post.

About Visitor's Carpark

There were some confusion on the implementing of Visitor's car parking. In MM, we have only 15 bays of car parking bays for visitors. In order for fair usage of the bays, rules has to be implemented. Residents are not allowed to parked at the visitor bays from 9.00am to 11.59pm as these bays are allocated and shared for solely visitors. However, from 12.00am onward, residents can utilised the bays with a minor fee of RM10. The fees collected will be deposited into the maintenance accounts and later be used for all common property maintenance. For note: If these bays were to open for Residents, there will be no visitors parking bays left and this will post some problems if your friends or relatives were to come for a visit. Well, that is something to digest.
